How to Create a Wireless Network Bridge

It is becoming easier to produce a wireless network bridge on the Mac, because of its new "Share Your online Connection" feature. It is a little different, however, when you wish to produce a wireless network bridge with a Windows-based computer setup. The computer you wish to use for bridging should curently have 2 kinds of adapters in its mainboard. There must be a LAN adapter and a radio network adapter, necessary to create a link with the wireless access point. Click "Control Panel" on the pc you want to use for bridging. Click Network and Online connections > Network Connections. Once in the Network Connections folder, you will notice many connections--each connection being truly a network card for both wireless and wired network. Open the bond for "Wireless Adapter, " and go directly to the Details pane to make certain that it's working correctly. Always check the Ethernet connection information positioned in exactly the same window, and make sure that it too is working correctly. Click both connections simultaneously by holding the "Ctrl" key and selecting each connection. Right click any connection, after which select "Bridge Connections. " Provide the computer time for you to configure the bridge connection. When it's done, a brand new window titled "Network Connection" can look. What this means is you've successfully created a radio network bridge.
